A small retail space in the heart of Yaletown has sold for $2.19 million, William Wright Commercial tells Western Investor. 
 
The 1,243-square-foot property is currently tenanted by an international retailer, Goorin Bros. Hat Shop, since 2009. The store is located one block from the Canada Line SkyTrain station. The current lease is in place for another two and a half years with a five-year renewal option. Goorin Bros currently has 33 international and national locations and their brands are carried in such luxury retailers as Harry Rosen and Holts. Area tenants include Starbucks, BCAA, Cactus Club, Earls, The Keg, and Opus Hotel just to name a few. The space sold in only 72 hours for full asking price.
