DEAL | A two-storey, standalone office building at 1334 St. Paul St. in the heart of downtown Kelowna sold June 13 for nearly $2.9 million. The price averaged $646 per square foot. Several private offices, meeting rooms, a collaborative open workspace, employee lunchroom with kitchenette and 12 on-site parking stalls make up the 4,453-square-foot building, which is located half a block from the new UBC Okanagan downtown campus. William Wright Commercial brokered the deal, with agents Jeff Brown and Victoria Mitchell representing the seller and Nick Renton representing the buyer.
