The Pines and Oaks apartments were built in the 1960s and have a combined total of 166 rental units. Each building has ten storeys. The Pines has 92 units, while Oaks has 73. The property sold for approximately $144,578 per suite.
The properties are located at 421 Battle St. and 373 Battle St., Kamloops.
