Built in 2012 on a 42,645 sq. ft. parcel CD-26 zoning, it offers long-term revenue from a AAA tenant, the Fraser Health Authority, which has leased the 26,000 sq. ft. premises until 2031. It sold for above assessed value with a cap rate of 5.1 per cent.
