The sale, which closed on Nov. 22, was among several free-standing properties AICRE sold throughout 2022, reflecting strong demand in the market. The sale price of $4.2 million was only slightly below the list price of $4.4 million. With a shortage of product, expanding local businesses and new entrants to the Nisku market from South and West Edmonton have few options.
