From | CBRE National Apartment Group, Vancouver. CBRE agent Lance Coulson  reports the following:

DEAL | New 98-suite rental apartment building, 5393 201 Street, Langley, sold as one of the largest B.C. multi-family rentals to date in 2019. Price: $39 million.

CBRE agents Lance Coulson and Greg Ambrose sold:

DEAL | 12-suite rental apartment building, Tattersall Drive, Victoria. Price: $2.3 million.

CBRE agent Lino DeMarchi sold:

DEAL | Newly constructed free-standing medical office building, 137 Street, Surrey. Sold at a 4 per cent capitalization rate. Price: $3.2 million.

 

From | William Wright Commercial, Vancouver. William Wright agents Cory Wright and Nathan Armour report:

DEAL | Two retail units, comprising approximately 720 square feet, at 1058 Mainland Street in Vancouver’s Yaletown neighbourhood. Price:$1.09 million.

 

From | North Portage Development, Winnipeg, reports the following:

DEAL | North Portage Development, owned by the City of Winnipeg and senior levels of government, has sold the land and underground parking at the troubled Portage Place shopping mall in downtown Winnipeg to Starlight Investment of Toronto. Price: $47 million.

 

From | JLL Commercial, Vancouver. JLL senior vice-president Patrick McEvay reports:

DEAL | 11-unit rental apartment building, West 4th Avenue, Vancouver, offered partly vacant to maximum value-add potential. Price: $4.8 million.

 

From | Homelife Glenayre Realty, Abbotsford. Homelife Glenayre agent Rick Toor reports:

DEAL | A 13.9-acre blueberry farm in Chilliwack sold for the equivalent of about $100,000 per acre. Price: $1.44 million.

DEAL | 0.62-acre site, zoned for commercial development, Young Road, Chilliwack. Price: $1.22 million.
