For the first time, B.C.'s home-grown White Spot restaurant chain is planning an expansion to Saskatchewan. Company CEO Warren Erhart said that White Spot hopes to meet with potential franchisors in both Regina and Saskatoon so as not to have "one orphan" alone in the province. White Spot has 63 restaurants in B.C. and five in Alberta.
