Burton Cummings, lead singer of the Guess Who and a huge solo star in the 1970s and '80s, has put his 4,683-square-foot mansion in the swanky Tuxedo neighbourhood up for sale.
The $1.35 million price tag includes four bedrooms, and one grand piano.
The realtor selling the property? None other than Gary Bachman, president of Century21 Bachman & Associates and brother to Randy Bachman, Cummings' former bandmate.
Cummings never lived more than part time in the house, which he's rumoured to have bought with a royalty cheque from Lenny Kravitz's cover of American Woman. Cummings currently owns houses in Los Angeles and Victoria.
