Big bucks for Tri-City commercial properties

The most expensive assessed properties in Coquitlam, PoCo and Port Moody are all commercial sites

While all eyes were on the residential land assessments when they were released earlier this month, the most expensive addresses in the Tri-Cities are commercial properties.
 
According to BC Assessment, Coquitlam Centre is the most valuable parcel of land in the area, appraised at close to $700 million. That is followed by the Suncor property at 1155 Glenayre Dr. in Port Moody, valued at $195.8 million, and the former Burquitlam Plaza shopping centre at 552 Clarke Road in Coquitlam, valued at $180.3 million.
