Whistler strata unit shatters records at $9.3M

Strong pricing demonstrates Whistler's appeal to international buyers

DEAL | Residence 37, a 3.5 bedroom, four-bathroom corner unit at the Four Seasons Private Residences,  4617 Blackcomb Way in Whistler, B.C., set a new record when it sold for $9.3 million on March 20. The unit fetched the highest price ever paid for a condo in the resort municipality. The price worked out to $3,677 per square foot, also the third-highest recorded in the community. Built in 2005 and situated within the Four Seasons Resort, owners of the private residences have full access to the amenities of the five-star hotel as well as the ability to participate in the Four Seasons rental pool.
