The first industrial land sale in Whistler for many years, the off-market deal was brokered by Mike Guinan-Browne of Phoenix Commercial Realty. The parcel’s unique CT11 zoning (community-transportation) has seen it used as an informal storage facility for many years. Situated just 2.5 kilometres north of Whistler village, the property sold for 52% above its assessed value.
