Update: Vancouver strata wind-up sale has hold-out in cautionary tale

Five of six condos in court-ordered South Granville strata windup were purchased directly from owners , but one strata owner has refused to sell and is in process of an appeal which could take months to resolve.

Potential: Demolition and mixed-use redevelopment close to Broadway Subway Skytrain.

Sale price per unit: $550,000 (approx)

Total sale price: $2.75 million (for 5 of 6 units)
