Windsor Arms and Capilano Tower totals 189 apartment units – 92 and 97 suites, respectively. The properties sold for approximately $213,756 per unit. The sale was completed on March 19, 2018.
The properties are located at 11610 100 Ave. NW and 6205 101 Ave. NW, Edmonton.
