Twelve Oaks strata in Vancouver’s South Granville neighbourhood sold for $21.5 million, brokered by Colliers International. 
 
The 30-unit building is three storeys and was built in 1974. The wood-frame complex sold for an impressive $716,667 in what was reported to be a strata wind-up sale. The sale made news for being one of the first strata sales that passed without a unanimous vote. The site sold for more than twice the property’s 2016 assessed value of $10.6 million. 
 
The property is located at 2777 Oak St., Vancouver.
