A multi-residential portfolio comprised of 15 properties across Saskatchewan has sold for $237 million, Avison Young reports. 
 
The 15 properties are located in Saskatoon and Regina and include a total of 33 buildings and 1,260 suites. The properties are a mix of mid-rise buildings and apartment complexes. Timbercreek Communities operates the majority of properties in the portfolio. 
 
The Saskatoon properties include: Bond at 166 Pinehouse Drive; Elan at 235 Stillwater Drive; Fabrik at 424 Main Street; The Gate at 508 E Main Street; Helix at 107 Reindeer Road; Cielo at 235 Willis Cresent; ID (The Crossing) at 830-840 Idylwyld Drive; Nutana Tower at 640 Main Street; Sunrise Avant at 235 Lenore Drive and Sunrise Highline at 300 – 108th Street.
 
The Regina properties include: Onyx at 14 Lorne Place; The Standard at 10 Michener Drive; Canvas at 6703 Rochdale Boulevard and The Village at 75 Michener Drive.
