A 34-unit Duncan rental apartment complex has sold for $3.47 million, CBRE Limited tells Western Investor
 
Lance Coulson of the CBRE National Apartment Group Vancouver has successfully achieving pricing that “exceeded” the list price of $3.35 million, which resulted in a new pricing benchmark for the marketplace. 
 
The building had been well maintained and had benefited from a variety of recent capital improvements including; a new roof, high efficiency boiler system, updated modern front entrance lobby just to name of few. The subject property is strategically located within walking distance to an abundance of amenities including the new Vancouver Island University, Cowichan Performing Arts and Aquatic Centre.
