DEAL | Josan Properties Ltd. has acquired three downtown Edmonton commercial properties. Listed with Dave Young and Thomas Chibri of CBRE Ltd., the properties include the Phipps-McKinnon building at 10020 101A Avenue as well as two neighbouring restaurant properties at 10012 101A Avenue and 10162 100 Street. Together, the three buildings represent 210,000 square feet of leaseable space. The transaction, valued at $11.25 million, closed March 19.
