The sale includes approximately 17,418 square feet of development land, sold via assignment. William Wright Commercial represented both the buyer and the seller in this transaction. There are plans for a mix of medium to high-density development such as townhouses and garden apartments. A park on the site will promote active family use and highlight views of the Fraser River. 
 
The land is located at 30 Royal Ave. and 55 Dufferin St. in New West.
