The site of the McDonald’s on the corner of Lougheed Highway and Boundary Road has sold, Form Retail Advisors Inc. reports.
The 36,200-square-foot property includes the 8,914-square-foot McDonald’s, currently on long-term lease. The I-2 light industrial zoning of the property presented a desirable opportunity to acquire industrial zoned land in a market with diminishing supply. The deal was brokered by Form Retail agents Jonathan Buckley, Joe Genest and David Morris, who did not disclose the sale price.
The property is located at 3695 Lougheed Hwy in Vancouver.
