Four agricultural land reserve parcels in Southeastern B.C. have sold for $9.6 million, Sutton West Coast Realty tells Western Investor. 
 
The forestland has a Timber Harvesting Land Base of 6,026 acres with a diverse variation of coniferous tree species. Currently, a new timber inventory is conducted to update the Timber Harvesting Land Base, volumes, log sorts, increment and species mix. The property was sold by a Canadian holding company to an American holding company. 
 
The property is located approximately 30km south of Nelson, in the Erie Creek Forest Reserve.
