A vacant development site in Langley has sold for $2.08 million, Frontline Real Estate reports.
 
The 1.59-acre industrial parcel is a corner site in Gloucester Industrial Estates. The mature, well-established Gloucester industrial park is the manufacturing location of choice for companies such as Weyerhaeuser Canada, Tim Hortons, Freybe Sausage and Overwaitea Foods. The property is considered to be one of the last vacant development sites in the area and is zoned M-2A for general industrial use. The site was listed for $1.76 million and sold for above asking.
