DEAL | Vancouver-based Seacliff Properties dsold a 2.6-acre lot with IL (light impact industrial) zoning at 18509 96 Avenue and 18502 97 Avenue in Surrey’s Port Kells industrial area in an off-market transaction to AWS Transport on Jan. 31. Situated just off Golden Ears Way, the property includes a 10,915-square-foot warehouse. The sale price of $18 million was just short of the assessed value of $18,343,100.
