A 172-unit apartment complex in Sherwood Park’s Salisbury Village has sold for $39.2 million, JLL Canada tells Western Investor.
Tisbury Crossing was the second and final phase of the Salisbury Village offering. The first phase was the Waybury Crossing sale, a two-building, 124-unit property sold for $28.3 million. Tisbury Crossing sold for approximately $228,040 per suite. The entire Salisbury Village project sold for $67.5 million.
