Jameson House office space sells for $4.7 million
 
Jameson House, the landmark mixed-used tower in downtown Vancouver by Foster & Partners that was among the last large-scale strata commercial projects in Vancouver, has seen the recent sale of office space at $640 per square foot.
NAI Commercial of Vancouver agents Alf Sanderson and Delon Cheung closed the sale of the 7,416-square-foot offices for $4.75 million on June 12.
