DEAL | 11,193-square-foot restaurant and retail property on Vancouver's Cambie Street, which includes the Biercraft Bistro and three other retail units. Price: $12.5 million.

DEAL | A new 6,400-square-foot commercial building with two retail units and six residential rentals on a 4,026-square-foot site on East Broadway, Vancouver. Price: $4.93 million.

DEAL | 1.7-acre vacant industrial site in Surrey’s Campbell Heights North Business Park. Price: $4.8 million.
