DEAL A 150-unit new 19-storey concrete rental apartment tower at 508 Agnes Street, New Westminster, sold to a private investor. Price: $42 million.

Avison Young agent Bal Atwal reports the following:

DEAL A 3.5-acre site next to the Olympic Oval in Richmond, B.C., designated for high-density, mixed-use development. Price: $60 million.

Avison Young agent Matt Thomas reports the following:

DEAL 3,425-square-foot industrial building on a 6,000-square-foot lot at 300 East Esplanade, in North Vancouver’s Lower Lonsdale area. Price: $3.9 million.

 

FROM | NAI Commercial, Vancouver. NAI agents J-D Murray and Gary Haukeland, with Chris Moore of Crosby Moore Real Estate, report the following court-ordered sale:

DEAL A 396.9-acre site of a failed residential-resort development on the Sunshine Coast has sold to the local shíshálh (Sechelt) Nation, which outbid other suitors. Price: $15 million.

DEAL Small-bay industrial building at 6945 Palm Avenue, Burnaby, has sold for $568,000 above its assessed value. Price: $4.8 million.

DEAL | 108-year-old, three-storey, 26-room hotel at 635 East Hastings Street, Vancouver. Price: $3.51 million.

DEAL | 2,100-square-foot office building on a 17,986-square-foot commercial lot, at 4820 Halliwell Avenue, Terrace. Price: $256,000.
