DEAL | Two-building multi-family rental portfolio on 96A Avenue NW and 163 Street NW, Edmonton, with a combined 60 units. Price: $8.5 million.

DEAL Mixed-use, multi-family complex with 10 units of ground-floor retail, Jasper Avenue, Edmonton. Price: $100 million.

DEAL | 105-unit multi-family rental building, Ellerslie Road, Edmonton. Price: $31.5 million.

DEAL | New 43-unit multi-family rental property, 31A Street, Vernon, B.C. Price: $9.49 million.

DEAL | New 95-unit rental apartment building, Boleskine Road, Victoria. Sold at a 4.25 per cent capitalization rate. Price: $32.7 million.

DEAL | 69-year-old, 10-suite, three-floor rental apartment building, West 12th Avenue, Vancouver, sold for redevelopment at a capitalization rate of 2.9 per cent. Price: $5.98 million.
