The Crosstown building previously tenanted by the Acme Café has sold once again for nearly $1.5 million, William Wright Commercial tells Western Investor
 
The small retail space (approximately 1,550 square feet) was previously brokered by William Wright when it sold in November 2016 for $1.03 million. The popular restaurant Acme Café tenanted the location until it closed its doors in November 2017. The property is an excellent investment property, with a new mixed-use development adjacent and nearby staple tenants such as TD Canada trust, London Drugs, Wildebeest and Nesters Grocery.
