A Chilliwack apartment complex has sold for $10.5 million, HomeLife Glenayre Realty reports.
The site includes 69 suites across two buildings, including 24 one-bedroom and 45 two-bedroom units. The buildings were built in 2002 and 2003, on 1.15 acres of land. The properties sold for approximately $152,173 per suite. Avison Young Commercial Real Estate represented the purchaser.
The properties are located at 9245 and 9259 Edward St., Chilliwack.
