The 16,230-square-foot building in the Highfield Industrial Park was built in 1962 with both office and warehouse space. The site is zoned for general industrial use and is currently tenanted by a local welding company. The property has a secured, paced yard with access to Blackfoot Trail and Deerfoot Trail. Cushman & Wakefield agents Marc Rosso and Kevin Tang and Mike Warner brokered the sale.
