Frontline Real Estate Services has brokered a transaction of one of the highest price-per-acre sales of industrial land in Surrey, Frontline agent Kyle Dodman reports.
The two-property sale totals 2.08 acres of industrial business park land and sold for $2,964,000. The properties are located in Campbell Heights, with efficient access to the U.S. and Canada border. Outside storage is permitted on the land, and zoning allows for development of commercial, warehouse and distribution type facilities. The purchase price was inclusive of development cost charges.
