Commercial timberland spread out over 2,564 hectares on Texada Island has sold for $19.4 million, Freddy Marks of Sutton West Coast Realty reports. 
 
The property is within the agricultural land reserve and offers a very well-managed, mature forest resource on a stocked, productive site about 120 km northwest of Vancouver. The property also includes three quarters of private Cranby Lake waterfront. 
 
The property package is located across Texada Island.
