Engel & Völkers Okanagan agent Richard Deacon is among western Canadian real estate agents listing some of the largest and most prestigious trophy properties in the country this summer with a $6.6 million, 10-acre waterfront offering in B.C.’s Lake Country.
“This rare Okanagan beachfront acreage is on the market for the very first time, having never been listed in over 100 years with the same family,” Deacon said. “It is perfect for those dreaming of building a lakefront winery or estate home on 400 feet of private flat beach.”
Part of the famed Rainbow Ranch, there is an original 1900s farmhouse of 2,000 square feet with six bedrooms. There are also two grandfathered beach guest cabins, Deacon added.
