Photos: Metro Vancouver mansion with huge horse area drops $1.5 million from price

It also has an absolutely massive "tree house"

A huge property on the eastern edge of Metro Vancouver has seen its price cut recently.

Located in the Township of Langley, it's actually a pair of properties that are being sold together: 6895 and 6897 272 St. Currently selling for $11.5 million, it was listed for just under $13 million a couple of years ago.

The huge property includes a huge house (along with a couple of other smaller ones), along with an extensive horse complex, with stables and an all-weather riding area.

While the horse set up dominates the property, there's a lot going on outside. There's also a tennis/basketball court (that could be used for street hockey as well), garages, a small lake or large pond (depending on your semantics), an outdoor swimming pool (so you don't have to swim in the pond), and a fire pit.

There's also an absolute unit of a tree house that's more akin to a luxury fire watch tower than a typical tree house.

And there's another home on the property.

The main house has more than 7,900 square feet of living space and includes 11 bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a huge kitchen, a home theatre space (it's not mentioned if the massive elephant painting will remain), and a fireplace with a wrap-around hearth.
