— Newfoundland and Labrador: 3.5 per cent (3.4)

— Prince Edward Island: 3.7 per cent (3.9)

— Nova Scotia: 4.5 per cent (4.6)

— New Brunswick: 4.3 per cent (4.2)

— Quebec: 4.8 per cent (4.7)

— Ontario: 4.2 per cent (4.3)

— Manitoba: 5.5 per cent (5.2)

— Saskatchewan: 5.2 per cent (4.9)

— Alberta: 4.3 per cent (3.3)

— British Columbia: 4.3 per cent (4.7)
