From: LandQuest Realty Corp., New Westminster. Matt Cameron of LandQuest reports the following sale:
• Deal: 80-acre view parcel at Elk Park Ranches near Radium Hot Springs in the Kootenays. Sold for Schickedanz West to a retired oil industry executive from Edmonton. Price: $765,000.

From: Century-21 Harbour Realty Ltd., Nanaimo. Century-21 agents Rob Borden and Darwin Mahlum sold the following:
• Deal: 19 acres Westhill Development Lands, Nanaimo, under foreclosure, sold to an undisclosed buyer. Price: $6.5 million.

From: Avison Young, Vancouver. Matt Thomas of Avison Young industrial division reports the following sale:
• Deal: 17,047-square-foot industrial building on 42,000-square-foot lot at 175 Harbour Avenue, North Vancouver. Sold for Headwater Management to an undisclosed owner/user. Price: $3.2 million.  

Done DealsFrom: Macdonald Commercial, Vancouver. Macdonald agents David and Mark Goodman sold the following:
• Deal: 26-suite historic apartment building, Vancouver’s West End. Built in 1906 by CP Rail, and improved. Cap rate: 4.3 per cent. Sold to an undisclosed local investor. Price: $6.7 million.

From: Avison Young, Vancouver. Rob Greer of Avison Young reports the following sale:
• Deal: 44-suite apartment building, West End, Vancouver. Sold for VCRBG Holdings to Lucky 29 Investments Ltd. Price: $12.1 million.

From: Gaetz Realty Inc., Edmonton. Gaetz principal Bob Gaetz reports the following sale.
• Deal:10-acre industrial property, Airport Road, Nisku. Sold for vendor Bilsborrow Building Movers to Pagnotta Industries Inc. Price: $1.25 million.
