A Tim Hortons in a prominent Vernon location has sold for over $2.7 million, according to Joe Genest of Form Retail Advisors Inc. 
 
The 2,700-square-foot freestanding building with drive-thru is leased on a long-term, triple-net and carefree basis by TDL Group Inc., operating as Tim Hortons. The fast food restaurant is situated on an 18,000-square-foot lot near the Polson Gateway area. The restaurant’s location serves as the initial retail destination for all traffic entering the city. The sale was co-brokered by Boe Iravani of Cushman & Wakefield. 
 
The property is located at 2601 Highway 6, Vernon.
