In the Fraser Valley’s biggest land transaction of the year to-date, an assembly of 15 properties has sold in Surrey for $50 million. 
 
The properties along 96 Avenue total nearly 14.5 acres, priced at $3,453,039 per acre. The properties are designated for residential development. Woodbridge Properties assembled the 15 parcels of land and achieved third reading on the development permit application. The projected development for the land includes 302 townhome units and 10 single-family homes. StreetSide Developments purchased the assemblage through an exclusive listing process run by Frontline Real Estate Services.  
 
The properties are located in Tynehead, North Surrey.
