A residential development site in Edmonton has sold for $8.4 million, Bradley Gingerich of CBRE Limited has told Western Investor.

The 5.58-acre site is zoned for row housing and has 14 partially constructed half-duplexes on the property. There are also 29 vacant building sites available for residential development. The original plan for the site was to include 42 upscale half-duplex units and one single family home. Current zoning would allow for higher densification. Lewis Estates Gold Course borders the site, providing an attractive location for a residential community. The judicial sale had a list price of $9,670,000.

The property is located 20425 – 93 Ave., in Edmonton.
