The Taylor’s Crossing building in North Vancouver has been sold for above its assessed value, Avison Young tells Western Investor.
The 44,000-square-foot, multi-tenant building is currently zoned Comprehensive Development Zone 21. There is an application in place to rezone Taylor’s Crossing to Marine Drive Commercial Zone (C9), which will allow for a variety of retail, fitness and office uses. The character building features brick walls, concrete floors and high ceilings. The sale price was not disclosed by but Avison Young confirms it sold for more than its assessed value of $22.9 million.
The property is located at 1025 Marine Dr., North Vancouver.
