The 60-suite, loft-inspirited character building has four ground floor commercial and retail space. Penthouse on Princess is a six-storey structure built in 1903 and was granted Grade 2 heritage status in 1982. In 2012, the building was converted into a multi-family building. The site is located in Winnipeg’s historic Exchange district. The units were sold for approximately $258,333 each.
